Everybody’s Theatre, [44–56???] Queen Street, Auckland
The edition shown in New Zealand included some material that was not seen elsewhere.
This was also released by Cinema Art Films,
but I suspect that it was not the Australian office that shipped the print or prints to New Zealand.
It was certainly Ufa that shipped the print or prints directly to New Zealand.
Anyway, the claim is that the surviving (and greatly abridged) New Zealand print has unique material
that does not match the surviving Australian print, which itself has unique material.
I have seen the first half of the NZ print,
but nothing in it leaps out at me as being substantially different.
Maybe I’m just missing it?
Or maybe the second half will prove to have some surprises?
